1) Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel 2) Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance 3) Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency 4) Monitor stock levels and sell through 5) Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation 6) Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise 7) Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays 8) Analyze sales and week on week, month on month, YTD reports and make forecasts
