Job Description
- Conduct regular visits to all assigned sites to monitor housekeeping, , pantry and other facility services as per agreed scope of work and SLA.
- Supervise supervisors/field staff (housekeepers, pantry boys, security, technicians), manage deployment, attendance, and discipline, and ensure adequate manpower at each site.
- Coordinate with clients for daily issues, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards, including use of PPE, safe work practices and adherence to site rules.
- Monitor stock and usage of cleaning materials, consumables and tools; coordinate with stores/purchase for timely replenishment and cost control.
- Train new and existing staff on cleaning procedures, equipment handling, grooming standards and behaviour at client premises.
- Verify and submit attendance, overtime and deployment reports for payroll processing and billing support.
- Prepare simple site visit reports, incident reports and escalation updates to the operations/area manager.
