Job Description

 

Position: Field Sales Executive  (Male)


Education: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).


Experience: 0 to 2 Years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.


Locations: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Bopal, Kochi, Jaipur, Chennai.


Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 per month.


Required Skills: 


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Two wheeler is a must.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand and present complex product information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn.



Roles and Responsibilities 


The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
