Job Description



· Facilitate in Manpower planning & Recruitment.

· Assist Organizational Development Initiatives and Employee Engagement Activities.

· Perform on boarding exercise

· Perform Industrial relations functions.

· Communication & Information System& preparing correspondence as guided by the Manager.

· Employee personal file maintenance

· Data entry with respect to other HR Functions.

· Facilitate Separation process

· Time Office & Leave Management

· Payroll Process.

. Knowledge on HRMS software.


Key Performance Indicators

·      Stock Inventory Report

·      Employee Personal File Master data

·      On boarding of new hires

·      Attendance Monitoring.

·      Letter Preparation.

. Exit formalities & Full & Final Settlement.
