Database Search, Job Portal Search (Like- Naukri, Monster, Linkedin etc.), passive Search and Research. · Coordinating with the Team Manager in arranging the interview of the candidates with the panel. · Creating and maintaining database of all profiles collated in the search process for immediate and future requirement.
