HR Recruiter

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage bulk hiring requirements for warehouse, logistics, retail, manufacturing, delivery, and other frontline workforce positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates within defined timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end blue collar recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, consultancies, referrals, job fairs, and social media.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews for frontline workforce.
• Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for manpower planning.
• Ensure timely joining and onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates for document collection and joining formalities.
• Manage candidate database and pipeline for future requirements.
• Achieve hiring targets within TAT.
• Coordinate with vendors and sourcing partners for bulk closures.
• Ensure proper communication with candidates regarding salary, shift timings, and job location.
