Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients, analyzing their needs, designing integration solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and requirements. - Design and develop integration solutions to meet client specifications. - Perform system integration testing and resolve any issues or bugs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure successful implementation of integration solutions. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in integration technologies. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any integration-related issues. - Conduct training sessions for clients on using the implemented integration solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies. - Experience with designing and developing integration solutions. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. - Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
