IT Manager – Compliance

Looking for an IT Manager – Compliance to ensure robust IT, data, network, and physical security across our Contact Centre locations. The role involves driving compliance standards, managing audits, coordinating with vendor partners, and strengthening overall governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT, data, network & endpoint security compliance at Contact Centre sites
• Review audit reports (Infosec / TPSG / Outsourcing) and close observations on time
• Implement DLP, access control, encryption & security policies
• Monitor compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2 & internal standards
• Validate firewall, antivirus, patching & device security controls
• Conduct physical security checks (CCTV, access logs, visitor mgmt.)
• Maintain documentation, evidence logs & compliance dashboards
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, Security & Vendor teams
• Support incident response & deliver security awareness sessions

Requirements:

• BSc IT / Computer Engineering or related degree
• 3–4 years in IT Support / Infosec / Compliance (preferably Contact Centre)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity & compliance frameworks
• Good communication, stakeholder handling & problem-solving skills
