IT Recruiter

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively source and engage passive and active talent
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, and networking to identify top candidates
• Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and support the hiring process end-to-end
• Maintain talent databases and contribute to recruitment analytics

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in IT sourcing/recruitment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently

Experience : 6-8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners - 15 Days
