Jewellery Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on market trends

- Process transactions and handle customer payments

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in jewellery or retail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of jewellery products and market trends

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role in a reputed jewellery shop

- Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals

- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
