Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor interactions professionally.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases as required.
- Support HR, Accounts, and Operations teams with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure proper upkeep and smooth functioning of office facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
