Job Description
The Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day travel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of transportation, hotel, sightseeing, and activity services. The role involves coordinating with guests, vendors, drivers, hotels, and internal teams to ensure smooth tour execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle confirmed FIT, Group, MICE, and transportation bookings
Verify itineraries, vouchers, and service requirements before execution
Coordinate all operational arrangements as per booking confirmations
Ensure timely processing of amendments and special requests
Transport Coordination Assign vehicles and drivers as per operational requirements
Coordinate guest pickups, drops, sightseeing, and transfers
Ensure smooth execution of transportation services
Hotel & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with hotels for room confirmations and special requests
Liaise with activity providers, guides, and local vendors
Ensure all services are reconfirmed prior to guest arrival
