Roles and responsibilities · To handle payroll of 2000+ employees · Tax calculation · Computation of full & final settlement of resigned employees · Prepare reimbursement for all employees · Payslips and taxslips upload in portal · Accurate report preparation · Maintaining leave, sickness, incentives, and overtime report · Maintain complete employee records Requirements · 3+ years of relevant experience in Payroll process · Good Communication Skill Preferred Qualifications · Prior experience in Indian payroll is preferred · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word · Communication in Hindi language is added advantage About Us TalentPro is part of the Briley group headquartered in Singapore with offices in the US, Europe and Asia.
