Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to oversee and manage daily operations in our manufacturing and fabrication unit. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership potential, an eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards across all processes.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily production and fabrication activities to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor workers, fabrication processes, and equipment to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
• Assist in planning and maintaining production schedules, ensuring timely completion of fabrication tasks.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, fabrication standards, and company policies.
• Support in identifying and troubleshooting minor production or fabrication issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of fabrication and production output, materials usage, and team performance.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to streamline fabrication workflows.
• Assist in training and mentoring new employees in fabrication procedures and equipment handling.
• Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of metal fabrication, manufacturing processes, and relevant machinery
• Good communication and leadership qualities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on environment
• Other: Valid Driving License is required
