Job Description Performs duties at the dispatching station including receiving the order, gathering the order items from different cooking and preparation stations, and dispatching the order to the counter.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for Packaging of Food. Responsible in assuring guest satisfaction through consistent and accurate checking of products, ingredients according to Outlet Standards. Follows up on trained elements and tasks, on a daily basis. Assumes 100% responsibility for presentation and quality of Food Items dispatched. Ensures Order Timings and dispatch on time. Understands guest special request on Food items are followed before dispatching.  REQUIREMENT Any Degree. Preferebly Degree / Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Hotel Management/ Catering Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. No work experience required. Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
