Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Store Sales Executive to join our organic retail team. The role involves managing daily sales operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth coordination of in-store and delivery orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer billing and payments accurately
• Assist and guide customers with product queries and purchases
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement
• Coordinate pick-and-pack process for online/delivery orders
• Support smooth store operations and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of billing systems/point-of-sale
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
• Interest in organic and healthy products a plus
