RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere)

We are looking for a talented RPA Developer with experience in Automation Anywhere to join our dynamic automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that enhance process efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and drive innovation across various business operations. 

 Experience: 2-4 Years 

Key Responsibilities: 

Design & Development: 

• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess their feasibility. 
• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, particularly with A360. 
• Create detailed process documentation, technical specifications, and testing plans. 
• Ensure that automation solutions are aligned with business goals and meet the required performance standards. 

Implementation & Maintenance: 

• Deploy RPA bots in production environments and oversee their performance. 
• Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure bots operate seamlessly. 
• Monitor bot performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

• Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation projects on time. 
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of automated solutions. 
• Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders. 

Innovation & Improvement: 

• Stay informed about the latest developments in RPA and Automation Anywhere technologies. 
• Continuously explore and implement innovative automation solutions, including the use of IDP or IQBot for intelligent document processing. 

Required Skills: 

Technical Expertise: 

• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere, with a strong focus on A360. 
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) or IQBot for automating document-based processes. 
• Solid SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. 
• Strong command of scripting languages such as Python or VB Script. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: 
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient automated workflows. 
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve technical challenges swiftly. 
• Communication & Collaboration: 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with other RPA tools is a plus. 
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies. 
• Certification in Automation Anywhere or other relevant RPA tools.
