Sales and Marketing Associate

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable tiles (floor, wall, bathroom, kitchen, etc.)

Explain product features, sizes, finishes, pricing, and brand differences

Show tile samples and guide customers in selection

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers

Coordinate with the delivery team for dispatch and order completion

Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper display arrangement

Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Support billing and basic sales documentation if required
