Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales-related administrative tasks, coordinating with customers and internal departments, processing orders, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational activities.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
- Track sales targets and assist in monitoring team performance.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and reporting.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
