**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**Location:** Porur

**Reports To:** Sales Manager

**Job Summary:**

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities and client relationships to achieve sales targets. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

2. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

3. Account Management:

- Manage client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profits.

- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients to ensure a positive experience.

4. Sales Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM software.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in [specific industry].

- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
