Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design needs (residential, commercial, retail, etc.).
• Present company services, design ideas, and project portfolios confidently.
• Coordinate meetings between the client and design/technical teams.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
• Follow up with clients regularly for closures.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of clients and track progress in CRM or internal systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing and finalize deals with clients in alignment with company policies.
• Provide feedback from the market and clients to improve service offerings.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and site visits when required.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and project flow (training can be provided).
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Confidence in handling premium clients and high-value projects.
• Time management and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and WhatsApp/email communication.
