JOB LOCATION
Mount Road, Chennai
JOB DESCRIPTION
Individual contributor role involving online subscription sales over the phone to clients based in Australia.
Experience in the share market is an advantage, but not mandatory. Strong sales skills and dedication are important.
Responsible for making 100 to 150 outbound calls daily to Australian customers investing in the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and promote subscription packages effectively.
Provide support and assistance to existing customers regarding their queries and concerns.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert potential customers through effective negotiation and callbacks.
Share invoices and provide after-sales support via phone and email.
Maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
