Job Description

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Automobile Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented Sales Manager with proven experience in automobile sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, team handling capabilities, and excellent communication skills to drive sales performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Lead, guide, and handle the sales team effectively
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular training/support
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales reports and track daily sales activities
  • Stay updated with automobile market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Automobile Sales is Mandatory
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset with target achievement experience
  • Experience in handling and managing a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred

Pay: ₹25,000 to 30,000 per month
