About the Company:iBotz Technologies Pvt Ltd specializes in audio advertisement solutions for government buses, helping businesses reach a large, engaged audience across Tamil Nadu.

Job Summary:The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through on-ground marketing and client acquisition for our audio advertisement solutions. The role involves building relationships with local businesses, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:Sales Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets by actively reaching out to potential clients, including local businesses, retail shops, and enterprises interested in advertising on government buses.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with current clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify demand, potential clients, and emerging trends in audio advertising within the assigned territory.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Develop, present, and negotiate proposals to potential clients, clearly communicating the value of audio advertising in government buses.
  • Advertising Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure that advertisements are played as per client specifications and schedules.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, client details, and feedback in the CRM, and prepare reports for management on a regular basis.
  • Brand Representation: Represent iBotz Technologies Pvt Ltd at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.
  • Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in advertising, media, or a similar industry. Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a knack for building client relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.
  • Language: Proficiency in Tamil and basic English for client interactions.
