• At least 7 to 10 of SAP experience in which 3 to 5 years as Project manager. • Have good knowledge of SAP project methodologies (ASAP, Activate). • Having hands on experience in SAP and able to resolve queries by Team on need basis. • Have worked on at least one End to End SAP Implementation Roll out project S4 HANA conversion project. • To organize small medium team size and resolve critical situation or complex requirements. • Have good communication skill to interact influence project team & coordinate with customer project manager or stakeholders. • Project management terminologies, should be able to efficiently use Microsoft office tools like word, excel, ppt, Microsoft projects. • To prepare & present progress reports in management review meeting on monthly basis. • Actively participate & support organizational initiatives, team bonding activities. • Project management certification like PMP or Prince2 will be added advantage. • Aware of CMMI processes & knowledge of implementing these processes in project delivery & project reporting.
