Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems, components, or processes. Propose and implement corrective actions to address quality deficiencies or performance problems. Team Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members to address quality and planning concerns. Communicate effectively to resolve issues, monitor progress, and implement improvements. Health and Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices in the workplace. Ensure that all mechanical activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
