Senior Executive
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Subrogation Support professional to assist case managers in the recovery of liens and the efficient management of subrogation documents. In this non-voice role, you will provide administrative and operational support by handling various tasks related to document management, claims handing, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation for end-to-end Subrogation process.
Qualifications:
•12th Grade
Experience:
•3 to 6 years’ experience in a corporate company
•US Healthcare Experience preferred
Communication:
•Strong analytical skills, excellent documentation abilities, and proficiency in system usage.
Working Hours:
•40 hours per week as Full-time employee
•Weekends: Off
Work Model: Work from home/Hybrid
Location: Chennai

•Interpersonal skills like listening, questioning, intonating.
•Self-driven, result oriented, team player.
•Should possess right attitude, patience and a habit of working hard.
•Hands on experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
•Solid analytical skills
•Curiosity and interest in analyzing, understanding process in depth.
•Maintaining accurate file documentation.
•Responding timely to all electronic, written and verbal communications.
•Using available resources to investigate on paid claims.
•Reviewing and evaluating accident or incident reports, individual claims, medical or other documents relating to funds paid.
•Maintaining a high level of productivity, Quality and confidentiality.
•Should be capable of taking on additional responsibilities as a senior executive and contributing ideas to improve processes, while developing the skills needed to progress to the next level as an assistant manager.
