Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled South Indian Chef to prepare authentic meals, tiffin items like idli, dosa, vada, pongal, sambar, chutneys, and rice varieties. The chef must ensure consistency in taste and presentation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and manage time efficiently during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of South Indian breakfast and meal items

Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards

Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure freshness

Timing: Morning & Lunch / Split Shifts (as required)

Salary: Based on experience
