Store Executive

 Job Summary:

We are hiring for various positions in a retail store! Join our team as a Store Manager, Customer Service Executive, or Store Executive and be a part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage store operations and lead a team (Store Manager)

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback (Customer Service Executive)

- Assist customers, maintain store displays, and perform sales transactions (Store Executive)

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Meet sales targets and maintain store hygiene and visual merchandising

Requirements:

- Graduation / Diploma in Retail / Food Industry (Store Manager / Customer Service Executive)

- SSLC (Store Executive)

- Minimum 2 years’ experience (Store Manager)

- 2-3 years’ experience in Retail Industry (Customer Service Executive)

- Fresher / Minimum 1 year experience (Store Executive)

4 weeks off for the first 6 months

5 weeks off after 6 months

OT (even for 30 mins extra)
