Role Category: Structural Engineering– Real Estate Experience: 5 years above Education: B.E Tech / M Tech Structural Engineer Salary: RS.40,000 -75,000 Job description • 5 to 12 years of Civil & Structural Engineering experience in the Industrial domains • Demonstrated ability towards load calculation, structural analysis, sizing, design, and report preparation. • Strong FEED and detailed design experience in steel & concrete structures, different foundation systems. • Working knowledge on typical American codes such as IBC, ASCE, AISC and ACI • Sound knowledge of structural calculation software such as STAAD, RISA3D, RISA FOUNDATION, RISA CONNECTION, LPILE etc. • Structural Calculation Experience in Green field, retrofitting & modifications projects. • Skilled to read, operate and review Laser scan data and 3D models in tools like SPR, Navis Works etc. • Capable to read, interpret geotechnical reports. • Exposure to Offshore Structures is an added attribute. • Drawing Preparation skills with AutoCAD is an added advantage. • Strong interpersonal leadership skills are essential for effective communication of complex issues across multiple offices and teams. • Registered candidate Typical duties & responsibilities include but not limited to • Civil/ Structural Calculations & Report Preparation • Provide drawings for own designs & produce sketches to incorporate into the drawings by Designers. • Arrive multiple design options with structural feasibilities, site constraints and compare its cost, schedule implications. • Co-ordinate closely with Lead, Designer, and multi-disciplinary teams • Checking the drawings & reviewing drawings • Handle, draft, organize, store and retrieve the required inputs and outputs of the structural deliverables.
