Order delivery (b/w 4 AM to 10 AM) a. Daily ~60 deliveries b. Daily ~15 KM travel Induction: Day 1: a. System activation in Sorter Onboarding b. Assigning a buddy sorter c. Working with buddy sorter on Milk sorting, packet sorting d. Do not include in loading/unloading tasks on the 1st day e. Assign a buddy supervisor f. Visiting drop point location with buddy supervisor g. Do not include in order delivery tasks on the 1st day h. Return to hub by 8 AM i. Training with AM i. Explain job responsibilities, shift timing and payout ii. Initial training on DE app, sorter app iii. Shift end by 10 AM iv. Assign 2 drop points Day 2: a. Reporting at 12 AM at hub b. Working with buddy sorter c. Helping hub staff in loading of packets in delivery van d. Visiting drop point location with buddy supervisor (Drop point 1) e. Assign a buddy delivery executive f.
