SUPPORT LEAD - LAP

Main Tasks

  • Pre-Live and Post Live Support
  • Application monitoring and maintenance
  • Follow up on issues raised through ticket system
  • Vendor and user coordination


Areas of Responsibility 

  • Single point of contact for Business Core Users during UAT and Go Live
  • Co-ordination with QA/BA/Development team and Business Users during UAT and Live support (Work with cross-functional team)
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills
  • Foresight to anticipate and address potential issues before they become real issues


Skill Sets 

  • Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
  • Advanced Excel
  • Japer Reporting tool
  • Good Knowledge of Troubleshooting, and Support of Web-based applications
  • Desired: Experience in Finnone lending software
