Technical Blue Collar Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume, technical staffing for the manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and deploying blue-collar manpower from entry-level to specialized trade roles, ensuring our clients' production and workforce goals are met within tight deadlines.

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from job posting initiation to sourcing, screening, offer acceptance, and final placement.
• Lead high-impact Campus Drives and Bulk Hiring initiatives to meet strict manufacturing headcount targets.
• Work effectively on a target basis to close positions within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Execute aggressive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and social media (Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Communities)
• Develop a continuous talent pipeline through "ground-level" sourcing (postering, gate hiring, job fairs), referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates, assessing both technical skills and behavioral traits.
• Filter resumes by conducting preliminary checks on communication skills, academic qualifications, and experience
• Evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications (trade-specific knowledge for ITI/Diploma) and physical fitness for manufacturing environments.
• Source candidates for various roles including Production Trainees, Quality Inspectors, Machine Operators, and skilled trades.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELDS ARE MUST.
