Hiring For Insurance Tellecaller - Chennai Job description The candidate will be in charge of generating leads and subsequent sales for insurance products via cold calling and other related methods. The ideal candidate will have some telemarketing experience, good communication skills, and a good command of the English language. • Obtaining and updating contact information for individuals. • Creating Leads. • Calling current and prospective clients to encourage the purchase of items. • Responding to client concerns, grievances, and suggestions on time. • Taking careful notes during each conversation. • Communicating verbal offer acceptances to our sales team for closing. • Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts. • Participating in regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance expectations. Tellecaller Requirements : • Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales, BPO, or similar is required. • Completion of a sales-related training programme is preferred. • Computer savvy. • Excellent verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities
