Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Requirement: Real Estate Sales (Telecalling)

Location: Chennai (Egmore – Rayala Towers, if you want I can add)

Experience: 6 months

Qualification: Any Degree / 12th Pass (Real Estate knowledge preferred)

Age Limit: Up to 45 years

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM

• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for real estate projects.
• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Fix appointments for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects until conversion.
• Update daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and client feedback.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
• Achieve weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Skills Required:Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market is an advantage.
• Good listening skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work towards targets.
