Role Overview
VELXO GROUPS is hiring a Marketing Executive to support customer engagement, lead communication, and CRM operations. This role is suitable for candidates with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in marketing/customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Tele Calling
Contact potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services professionally
Follow up with leads and inquiries
Schedule callbacks or appointments when required
Basic Excel Work
Maintain customer data and contact lists
Update daily call reports
Prepare simple spreadsheets and reports
Organize lead and sales information
CRM Management
Update customer records in CRM software
Track lead status and follow-up history
Manage customer communication details
Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance
