Job Summary
Houselink360 is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and target-driven Tele-Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining project details, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
- Explain project features, pricing, location advantages, and ongoing offers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update lead status and customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
- Share project details, brochures, and updates via WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call records and submit reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve monthly call, appointment, and lead generation targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle objections and customer queries professionally.
Qualification
- Any Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Tele-Sales, Customer Service, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or Direct Sales will be an added advantage.
