Prospecting and Product Selling Knowledge


  - Identify and research potential clients and industries to generate new business opportunities.

  - Cold calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms to generate leads.

  - Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions.


2. **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:**

  - Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

  - Demonstrate the value proposition through effective communication and addressing client needs.

  - Customise sales presentations to align with the client's requirements.


3. **Negotiation and Closing:**

  - Engage in negotiations with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

  - Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.


4. **Customer Relationship Management:**

  - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  - Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' needs and providing appropriate solutions.

  - Address customer concerns and ensure overall satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.


5. **Market Research and Feedback:**

  - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  - Provide feedback to the management team on product/service improvements based on customer interactions.


6. **Reporting and Analytics:**

  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.

  - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.


**Requirements:**


- Proven experience as a Marketing / Sales Executive or relevant role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
