Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and target-oriented Telesales Manager to lead our sales team. Candidates with experience in relevant industry or Matrimony Sales, Banking Sales, Loan Sales, or Insurance Sales will be given preference.

We are looking for someone who can handle pressure, meet deadlines, and drive team performance consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Set daily/weekly sales goals and monitor performance.
• Improve team conversion rates through call monitoring and guidance.
• Handle escalated calls and close premium leads.
• Ensure proper follow-ups and strict deadline management.
• Prepare daily & monthly sales reports.
• Motivate team members to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of telesales experience (Education/ Matrimony / Banking / Financial Sales preferred)
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of team handling experience
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Deadline-oriented and performance-driven
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
