Fashion Designer

king for a creative and experienced Fashion Designer for our garment manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

• Create new designs for women’s wear / ethnic wear / western wear (Ai Prefered).
• Develop concepts, sketches, prints, embroidery and patterns.
• Coordinate with sampling, production and sourcing teams.
• Select fabrics, colors, trims, laces and accessories.
• Create tech packs and measurement details for samples.
• Check sample fitting, finishing and design accuracy.
• Research market trends, competitors and customer preferences.
• Work on new collection development for online and offline sales.
• Follow up with karigars, pattern masters and stitching team.
• Ensure designs are production-friendly and cost-effective.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics, prints, embroidery and garment construction.
• Experience in women’s ethnic wear/kurtis/dresses preferred.
• Good creativity, color sense and styling knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW / Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with production team.
