Key Responsibilities

Academic Counsellor

• Engage with warm leads and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support business growth through communication and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for client handling and updates
• Maintain lead and client records using basic Excel tools

Inside Sales

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Connect with potential clients and explain services
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings
• Maintain lead databases and daily follow-up reports
• Support client relationship management activities

Field Sales

• Visit clients and colleges when required
• Support business development and promotional activities
• Conduct direct interaction with customers
• Assist in market research and feedback collection
• Represent the company during events and campaigns

Requirements

• Recently Graduated and freshers needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Sales
• Confident in client handling and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and MS Office
• Willingness to travel for field work if required
