Description
| • Responsible for meeting the First proof and final proof deadlines. • Making sure the specifications are cross verified for accurate completion of proof files of current year issue. • Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates. • Supporting the team in preparation of sending final catalog files to printer. • Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements. • Co-ordinating with the team and creating the manual inserts for Catalog. • Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations. • Meeting the highest performance matrix level. |
