Department: Client Support & Business Development (Voice Process)

Reports to : Team Head

1.Experience/Skills

✔     Fresher / Experience less than 1 years.

✔     Good communication skills in TAMIL.

2. Primary Responsibilities

✔     Call new clients and explain the product

✔     Follow up clients

✔     Generate record for all calls in CRM

✔     Co-ordinate with reporting head to close the sales

✔     Adhere Strictly to HR policies, statutory policies and any assignments from immediate reporting head.

3. Secondary Responsibilities:

✔     Co-ordinate with existing clients for references and lead generation

✔     Acting on behalf of other employees in case of absence

4. Remuneration:

✔     Salary of Rs.12000 Per Month will be provided during the training as well(3 Months)

5. Additional Information:

✔     On Successful Completion of the training, an Employment opportunity may be provided for suitable candidates, which shall be taken upon mutual consent between the employer and the employee.

✔     If necessity arises, modifications might be done in the job description in the future.
