Our Coimbatore branch manages India-wide and Tamil Nadu recruitment and HR business operations.

  • Role: Business Development ExecutiveKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand staff recruitment and HR E-commerce business across Tamil Nadu & India.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients (corporates, SMEs, consultancies).
  • Handle field visits, corporate meetings, promotional activities, and client presentations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure service delivery, and achieve business targets.
  • Coordinate with the UAE head office for project updates and support.
  • Promote HR OF WORLDโ€™s India and UAE recruitment services.
  • Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience in field marketing / business development in Tamil Nadu.
  • Strong network within Coimbatore / TN companies is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
  • Experience in HR, staffing, or recruitment industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within Tamil Nadu for business meetings.
  • Energetic, target-driven, and sales-oriented mindset.
