Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships within the freight forwarding and customs clearance industry.


  • Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to freight forwarding (AIR / SEA) and customs clearance.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the logistics industry, with a focus on freight forwarding and customs clearance.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, shipping processes, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
