๐ Role Definition:
Responsible for generating and converting leads into projects by building strong client and associate relationships. The role involves sourcing leads, nurturing them, converting them into paying clients, and supporting post-sales requirements.

- ๐ Key Responsibilities
- ๐ 1. Data Sourcing & Management:
- Source contact details of business owners & decision-makers from:
- LinkedIn, Indiamart, Justdial, MCA, industry directories, etc.
- Maintain and update the client & associate database.
- ๐ 2. Lead Generation:
- Build rapport with influencers & associates: CAs, CS, consultants, OEMs, purchase heads, etc.
- Send emails, WhatsApp updates, LinkedIn & Facebook posts as per the marketing calendar.
- Conduct presentations & cold calls to create new business opportunities.
- ๐ค 3. Lead Conversion:
- Collect requirement forms and understand client needs.
- Suggest suitable services, explain processes & share estimates.
- Convert leads into projects, secure advance payments & release work orders.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- ๐ 4. Skill Development & Growth:
- Improve negotiation skills & service knowledge to grow into a Senior CRM role.
- Access training in Management Systems, Product Certifications, and other services.
- ๐ Reports & KPIs:
- Maintain Lead Tracker, Order Tracker & CRM Database.
- Key KPIs:
- โข Leads vs Conversions

- Lead generation & negotiation ability

- ๐ Role: Customer Relationship Executive โ Post Sales (ISO Certification Services)
- ๐ผ Key Responsibilities
- 1. Sales & Client Handling:
- Manage existing clients for certification renewals, audits & surveillance.
- Convert leads into projects by sharing proposals, collecting payments & releasing work orders.
- 2. Lead Generation & Client Relationship:
- Maintain regular contact to generate referrals & new opportunities.
- Offer value-added support by connecting clients to relevant services.
- 3. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain lead, project & payment trackers.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & invoices.
- Document all communications with clients & certification bodies.
- ๐ง Skills Required :
- (Post-Sales / CRE Role)Excellent communication & client coordination skills
- Knowledge of ISO certification / audit processes (preferred)
- Strong follow-up & organizational skills
- Basic finance understanding (billing & payments)
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
