E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the pet food industry or any related FMCG/retail category. The role involves handling marketplace operations, product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management Manage daily operations on Amazon, Noon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
• Ensure accurate inventory updates and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock availability.
• Sales & Performance OptimizationMonitor sales performance, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and deals to increase visibility and revenue.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, sessions, buy box %, and order defect rate.
• Content & Brand ManagementWork with designers to improve product images, A+ content, and storefronts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.
• Order & Customer ManagementCoordinate with logistics/courier partners for smooth order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Track returns, replacements, and customer complaints.
• Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps.
• Coordination & AdministrationCollaborate with suppliers for product information and pricing updates.
• Support in launching new products and planning marketplace campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (pet food industry experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Amazon & Noon seller portals (or similar platforms).
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred Experience:Experience with pet food or pet care products.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sector.
• Knowledge of SEO for product listings and basic digital marketing.
