A Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling products or services to customers through field visits and presentations. They develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct field visits to meet with customers and present products or services.
2. Build and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
3. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
4.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
5.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs.
6.Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights and recommendations with the sales team.
7.Manage customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
8.Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and    closing sales deals.
10. Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, highlighting product features and benefits.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or related field.
Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience in a field sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
