Freshers / Operator Trainees

Assist in operating and monitoring CNC and conventional machines (lathe, milling, drilling, grinding)

Support machine setup, tool setting, and workpiece alignment

Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets

Assist in maintaining production targets and minimizing rework

Monitor machining parameters (speed, feed, depth of cut)

Conduct basic in-process inspections using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, height gauge)

Ensure adherence to safety standards and 5S practices

Maintain production logs and daily reports

Support preventive maintenance activities

Learn troubleshooting of minor machine issues
