Graphic Designer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other design tools. Strong knowledge of photo editing, video editing, motion graphics, and presentation design (PowerPoint/Keynote).

Creativity & Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding, layout principles, typography, color theory, and modern graphic trends.

Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client requirements, collaborate with marketing teams, and present creative ideas clearly.

Client Presentation: Ability to prepare client-ready PPTs, visual mock-ups, and design concepts for review and approval.

Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Creative thinking to offer design solutions, troubleshoot visual issues, and make quick decisions during editing or revisions.

Time & Project Management: Ability to handle multiple design tasks, meet deadlines, and manage project timelines efficiently.

Process & Quality Standards: Understanding of design workflows—from concept to final output—ensuring high-quality deliverables across digital and print media.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design Creation & Execution: Develop engaging visual content including social media creatives, posters, banners, logos, brochures, and digital assets. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.

Photo & Video Editing: Perform advanced photo retouching, background corrections, and create video edits, reels, and promotional videos using professional tools.

Client Presentation Preparation: Create professional PPT decks, visual storyboards, brand concepts, and presentation materials for clients and internal teams.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project needs, contribute creative ideas, and deliver required outputs.

Brand & Marketing Support: Assist in developing branding materials, campaign creatives, and visual strategies that support marketing initiatives.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track design progress, maintain file organization, update design logs, and share deliverables with senior designers/managers when required.

Quality & Consistency Assurance: Review all creative outputs for accuracy, design quality, color consistency, and client specifications before final delivery.

Client Interaction: Participate in discussions, gather requirements, handle revisions professionally, and provide creative insights during project meetings.

Documentation & Process Management: Maintain proper documentation of designs, raw files, versions, and finalized outputs. Follow a structured workflow to ensure smooth project execution.
